Don McClelland

Chicagoland Speedway & Route 66 Raceway

Don McClelland, a life-long Chicago area resident, grew up on the city’s south side with a passion for art. He used his talents to attend Bradley University and graduate in 1995 with a degree in Graphic Design.

Across nearly 20 years of experience, including seven years as a designer and Senior Art Director for the Chicago Wolves Hockey Team and nine years as designer and Creative Services Manager with Chicagoland Speedway®, McClelland has honed his skills designing trade show displays, sales merchandise, outdoor signage, fleet graphics, logos, print advertisement, direct mail and more.

Since 1999, Don’s own company, Macmasks.com, combines his love of art with his favorite sports – ice hockey and racing. Macmasks.com has provided custom-airbrushed hockey goalie masks for the NHL, AHL, NCAA, Comcast SportsNet host David Kaplan and even the Chicago White Sox.  His painted Chicago Wolves masks can be seen on display at Haray Caray’s restaurants throughout Chicagoland. McClelland participated in the Great Chicago Fire Hydrant Project last year and is excited to again use his talent to benefit police and their families this year.
