Sukka:
Born in Chicago, Sukka began his art influences once he could see the world. After receiving a degree at The Illinois Institute of Art with a major in media arts, Sukka began using his artistic skills in the corporate world, taught multimedia for several years and also became involved in small businesses that would allow him to express his artistic talents. But at the end of the day, it always came back to the fine arts…no computers, no keyboards, no software, no mouse. Drawing and painting are the foundation of this artists work, mentally taking creative ideas and converting them into visual works to share. His love for cartoons, music and pop culture mainly became the subject matter. “I find the subject matter and the way it’s represented, can mean deeper than words. I like to look at everything as a perspective and what is more important than sharing your perspective on life.”
